Here in the Northern Panhandle of WV, every Kmart, WalMart, Target and Toys R Us has ThunderCats stocked. I never have problems finding them. They all seem to be selling really well too. I'm also located minutes from PA and OH. I see them everywhere I look. Also, I have never seen them in any type of clearance bin.
