To all

I have recently purchased a wingless vintage Stinger and was thinking of using the wings from Buzz-off from the Heman range to give my Stinger some new wings. Are there any Heman collectors here who can take a picture of the wings from the back side of Buzz-off and post it on this thread please.

I would like to see if Buzz-off's wings are compatible with Stingers attachment mechanism.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

They are not. Your best bet would be some clear glittery plastic paper from a craft store and have at it Stingers wings are a bitch to get right

I was doing some more research today and I think the MOTU 2002 Buzz-off might be compatible. What you all reckon ? I will need to buy 3 of them to have 3 sets of wings and adapt the attachment.

Vintage stingers wingers were a soft push in and glue kinda material to keep in place. You would have to possibly mod the whole bracket to use any other kind of wing.

I agree. I have already opened the trigger mechanism as there are 2 tiny screws on the bottom of the abdomen, to have a look at how the original wings were attached. I am tempted to try and adapt these MOTU Buzz-off 2002 wings and super glue them in place...however I dont want to create a ''Frankenstein''

It just looks so wrong without any wings..im in 2 minds at the moment as I dont want to spoil him. It was hard enough and dear to get hold of him as he is.
