Hi all!

FedEx just dropped off the box with the toys! I shot a few quick pictures, which you can see here: https://picasaweb.google.com/timshri...CJDshbem4OCFGw

Overall, they seem pretty nice. The small sword which I got for my son does have a spring loaded blade unlike the bigger one, which is not ideal in my mind for smaller kids, but it'll probably be alright. If it's extended then it will retract when pushed.

I shot a quick and crappy overview of the lights/sounds of the Deluxe sword here:

If you've got any questions, let me know!

Nice review. Thanks for posting it. Will wait to see it in-person before making a final decision, but I'll probably get it at some point. For twenty bucks it seems worth it. Out of curiosity, exactly how long is it when fully extended?

It is 22 1/2 inches from bottom of handle to tip of blade when fully extended.

Ok, thanks for the response. Seems a bit on the short side, but considering it's meant for kids, that makes sense. Would still be great if they had an official mass produced sword made.
