I've always wanted a more in scale Thunderstrike, so I build this WIP. I still have plenty of details to add and I need to complete the interior but I'm slowly making progress.

All three compartments open and once the interior is designed 4" scale figures should fit comfortably inside.

Thanks so much! It's actually a sturdy cardboard, painted and then sealed to keep it strong and rigid. It amazes me how well it actually holds up.

Next project will most likely be full sized Cat's Lair or Feliner. Hopefully I can keep improving the process until I have a full fleet of Thundercat vehicles.

It looks awesome. Can I make one suggestion? I would do it with a sentra approach. I'm actually planning on making a thundertank out of sentra for the classics figures, and I have found that it holds up really well and is a lot more versatile when it comes to adding things such as hinges and wheels.

Any updates? I'm kind of curious to see how this is going.
