Because that is how the episode ended (with lion-o watching). They didn't focus on that scene for minutes like it is in your brain.

She didn't pull away because the bell didn't ring. You know so your guy didn't betray him.

The scene happened at the very end if the episode. Cheetara could pull away on the very next episode.

Heres the difference, cheetara has shown signs of liking lion-o.

As I recall, she said I owe you a thank you, and kissed tygra. I guess I was right.

She needs no reason for lion-o because she likes him and the feeling is mutual.

Ep 1: you've got Lion-O/Cheetara "initial attractions"
Ep 4: You've got Lion-O/Chehetar "Almost kiss romantic moment"
Ep 6: You've got Lion-O/Cheetara "romantic moments" beeing connected with the SoO, that includes the eyes glowing too, conditional or not.
Ep 11: You've got Tygra saying The sword pick you and then Cheetara seem to really believe in Lion-O
Ep 12: -You've got Cheetara saying she knew the reason wy the sword has chosen Lion-O, placing her hand on top of his and the SoO (couldl be placed by writers as a symbolic gesture too of connecting the Lion-O/SoO/Cheetara romantically in nature which will be explained later) and you actually hear Cheetara saying I beleive in Lion-O and gave him a cheek kiss.

All right here we go:

Ep1:
-Cheetara introduced himself to Lion-O, Lion-O was baffled and try to impress her with changing his voice or it could be to hide his identity.
-Cheetara's and Lion-O's expression shows some hints attraction
- Lion-O winked to cheetara after the ball rang, Cheetara gave Lion-O a small smile
- During the mob scene Cheetara was also showing hints of attraction when looking to Lion-O
- After that on the top of the wall Cheetara and Lion-O shows hints of attraction and the way Cheetara respond with maybe before jumping down


Ep4:
- Cheetara put her hand on top oh his while saying "We have each other..." then both moved closer until it's close enough to kiss before snarf interrupted their moment

EP6:
- Cheetara pressed hard on Lion-O while talking closely to his ear.
- Cheetara held Lion-O's hand before the bridge went up

EP12:
- Cheetara held Lion-O's hand, while Lion-O's held the soO and smiling big while saying" I knew the reason the sword chose you"
- Cheetara gave the cheek kiss while pressing on him from the back without showing any kind of shyness or waiting game.

It is really no ones fault.

It is CN fault for not showing more episodes. So we are stuck in limbo.

The writers wanted 26 episodes, not 13.

If we had more episodes, this thread would be dead and we would have are answer about L/T/C.
