ThunderCats 2011 Trademark
 

I thought I’d share this with you guys. Not an earth shattering news but more of an interesting tidbit. I found this little gem thanks to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Ever wondered how the ThunderCats 2011 Trademark looked like when Warner Bros. applied for the rights? You can check out the digital copies of the applied trademark right here.

The trademark application was first filed on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 (that’s exactly a year ago) under the description of “Toys, including games and playthings, namely, action figures and accessories therefor; toy vehicles; and Christmas tree ornaments”

Since there is a bit of a system downtime at the USPTO, I attached the original logo for you to take a look.

glad they fixed the cat symbol on it. The one there is too simplified.

So glad they fixed it. It just looked to basic and dull
