My dinner with Lion-O
 

I met Larry Kenney last weekend at powercon/thundercon. I got to have dinner with him at the con as well. It was truly awesome to spend time with the guy. He was hilarious and really informative.

How did seeing him at conn lead to dinner? That's pretty weird.

Panthro, alot of times at smaller cons they'll have dinners with the guests and you actually get to socialize with them. It's awesome.

right. and its not even by winning a contest! sometimes the guest are cool with hanging out with the attendees. Not uncommon. and I am sure it wasnt a 1 on 1 dinner...probably a group of people.

Yup it was a huge group dinner with all the guests from the con. There were a ton of amazing people there. I just happened to be sitting right next to Larry at my table.

That's awesome. He appears to be a really funny guy based on everything I've seen about him
