Powercon/Thundercon?

I just stumbled on this over at another site and was wondering if any of you are planning to attend? Does anyone know if this is the first one of these and if not, please share what you know? I'm curious to learn more about it! Check out the link below...

Now that Wizard World Los Angeles is gone into TBA. I'm definetly will be there either SAT or SUN.:D
