Well, here it is. From the looks, it seems as though a campaign for the upcoming Transformers 3 movie. Takara-Tomy Toy Forum brings us this photo. Behind the vehicle, we can spot what looks like a render of third Transformers Live Action Movie Bumblebee. Notice the vinyl on the hood (robot mode), it’s the new vinyl rather than the double striped ROTF vinyl.

If you are not familiar with their Powerglide, check out his page in our Resources section - he's a show-accurate and highly poseable piece, in a smaller scale (smaller than a Scout when fully assembled). Because of this he is quite desirable on the secondary market.
