the eye are see threw so when mumm ra hand are on inside of the storm charger it makes the eyes of the vehicle glow. it also drives on it own when you push a button

I like how Bandai has created a demand for this Happy Meal toy by limiting the availability. There may never be a 6" Classic Panthro or Modern WilyTwins but we can all go hunting for a Mumm-Ra Storm Charger!
