How do I add an avatar pic?

Can't figure this one out. Can anyone help me out with this? I can't remember where to go to either upload or select an avatar..

On the menu at the top of the page, click on "User CP". Then, on the left hand side, look for "Edit Avatar". We have a nice selection of Avatars, or feel free to use your own.

If you need anythign else, just let me know.
