Not good news for UK
I emailed the rep for Bandai UK and she was very nice to reply to me. She said that Wave 2 TC's are now available in the UK and such larger stores like LIttlewoods are stocking them. ( I think 10gbp Each). UNFORTUNATLY i also contacted another UK store, who got me my 6 inch Tygra and he informed me that Wave 2 Deluxe figues will not be released in the UK! It will only be the U.S. This is a huge blow for us. And also seems to collate with the fact that Slith Deluxe is sold our EVERYWHERE and also a stupidly high price on ebay.
Maybe this is the end now. I really hope not though |
Speaking of the UK,,, how prominent / legit / accepted etc. is the grading co. UKG over there ... comparitive to AFA as the leader/gold standard in the states... ?
|
They are very good and very freindly guys. True toy lovers and take very good care of your items. Ive dealt with them for about 4 years and neber had a problem. Where as AFA is more of a factory scene. UKG is very close nit. There grading sare mosting as good as AFA in fact i agree with them more than some AFA's sometimes. Its just that AFA have a monopoly on the industry. They also supply COA on request too

thanks for your thoughts.. it seems that AFA is pretty much 'assembly line' and processed but in the US, people hold them w/ such high regards in re: to value
|
they are very pricey and have a lot of hidden costs. Plus i have seen items that are blatantly AFA 75 but same fig can be an 80-85. UKG ive found to be honest and personal. They even case up prototypes without having to involve a high price second party. Email then and see

i emailed then yest morning and haven't heard back...yet. thanks
|
They take a few days because its only a hand full of them custom building the cases
