Is there a "quick jump" menu??

Can there be a "quick jump" type drop-down menu at the bottom of the page similar to the one on the TFW2005 & Hiss Tank forums? Either it's not there or I don't have my page set up correctly.

Sorry, that feature is not available at this site. Set-up is a bit different here. Maybe in a future update.
