Pretty basic modifications, trimmed his jaw and jawline down, painted the underside of his eyes so he doesn't have the "goggles" look, painted black around the eyes, added lighter red dot to the eyeballs, added cape, and painted lighter gold on feet/wrist spike.

My biggest cheese with this figure is that his head is like 20% smaller than it ought to be. If it was just a little bigger, he wouldn't look so barrel-chested.

For me, the cape makes the biggest difference. As much as I like the figure, your mods and additions really show how much a simple accessory can add to it. Nicely done.
